| Description of the project | The Department of Territorial Coordination and Associations of the city of Madrid, lead by Nacho Murgui, (Councilor and Member of the local government, elected through the list of Ahora Madrid) issued a public policy to regulate the assignment of the use of municipal buildings to social entities, mainly non profit citizen’s association.
The policy aims at 1) promoting the use of dismissed or underutilized buildings 2) promote a use of the buildings that brings advantages to the whole community (social activities) and3) promote the shared use of the spaces between social entities. |
