| Description of the project | Noorderparkkammer is a wooden pavilion which was originally supposed to be a pavillion for classical music, but through the involvement of the local community it was remodeled according to the interests of the community itself, and is today an important component of the social infrastructure.
Today the space offers each sunday different activities, which are co-designed by the Residents Council (active since the end of 2013). The activities are free and sponsored by the Municipality and by different actors, between which the local housing association. |
