| Description of the project | ALCI was created in 2004 by associative actors and activists working on human rights, women rights, and democracy field.
Their mission is to promote democratic and social development, based on fair and sustainable values of participative democracy. To achieve their 7 objectives, they built up several programmes : Gender and equality, Democracy and citizenship, Social development and solidarity-based economy, Youth Alternatives. ALCI contributed to found many networks as “L’Obersvatoire des libertés publqiues”, or the “Collectif des ONG pour un budget sensible au genre », among others. The organisation publishes documents as guidelines and studies, organises formations, and does advocacy. |
