| Description of the project | Quartiere, Bene Comune was set up in 2015, as a response to the failing participation and decentralisation model based on the municipal districts. We have sought to turn a crisis into an opportunity and the community has responded with enthusiasm. Between 2015 and 2019, we signed 27 Citizenship Agreements with over 730 subjects and carried out more than 160 social innovation projects in neighbourhoods serving almost 14,000 users.. | |
