and associations re-opened the ex-Cinema Palazzo, in order to oppose the speculators’ plan to use the complex as a casinò. This form of active

citizenship has become a guardian of the Cinema against gambling and possible criminal infiltrations, gathering the membership of Libera and members of the Anti-Mafia Commission, implicated in the fight against organized crime.
