| Description of the project | Promoting the slogan “Think Global, Act Local”, Associaçao Locals is a non-profit organization which intends to conceive and organize local and participatory development actions. The process is based on three main principles: “Transforming (regeneration)” i.e. fostering sustainable development in all its aspects, “Knowledge (information)” i.e. promoting reciprocal learning based on a peer-to-peer approach and open source and sharing knowledge with other local/national/international groups and eventually “Participation (integration)” namely building up close and trust relationships, involving stakeholders in the participation processes so as to strengthen the contexts and places in which it intervenes.
The present analysis has been made under the lens of too main projects UPI: Diagnóstico participado and Diagnóstico territorial d’Ajuda. |
