| Description of the project | The goal is to develop the principle of protection for residents through a public policy not only as an instrument of government, but in itself as a different form of Govern society and solve public problems. To govern by public policies, to involve the citizens in the characterization of the problems to be solved and the alternatives of solution. The project is considered the continuation of the scheduling and preparation for the public policy of protection for residents, economic and productive activities for the Municipality of Medellín, insofar as it develops the implementation of the pedagogical and communicational strategy for the design and formulation of the Public politics.
The policy was a petition of the “Collective of Protections to residents of the municipality of Medellin” in its rural and urban area as protagonists in the processes of public works, plans of transformation, renovation and integral improvement and other interventions through the macro projects, partial plans and tools established in the POT – Plan of Territorial Ordering – according to Agreement 048 of 2014 and framed within Municipal Development Plan “Medellin cuenta con vos” and conceived by Law 388 of 1997. They are building the measures of this policy together with the citizens. |
